Five and a Half Months

Until I will be moving to Chicago. The boyfriend's gotten into the Persian Studies MA at the University of Chicago, and I have gotten in nowhere. I think I didn't have enough experience for a comparative lit Ph. D., and an MA in Complit beyond stupid.

So I'm going to try for Library and Information Science. There's an accredited university outside of Chicago, and if I could get into their program, that would be good. I have no idea what the job prospects are out there, but chances are I'm not going to find anything I like without some type of Master's degree.

Anyway, yeah, I'm sick of undergrad. If they could just hand me my diploma right now . . .
